Bowl 360 Ozone Park

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I celebrated my birthday at Bowl 360, and the staff truly made it a memorable experience! From the moment we arrived, Vinny went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He was welcoming, professional, and attentive, and his positive energy helped make the celebration feel extra special. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about providing great customer service and ensuring guests have a wonderful time. A special thank you to Yazz for making an absolutely delicious strawberry margarita. It was perfectly crafted, refreshing, and one of the highlights of the evening. You can tell she takes pride in what she does! I also want to recognize Maryland, who was incredibly attentive throughout our visit. She consistently checked on us, made sure we had everything we needed, and helped keep the celebration running smoothly. Her kindness and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Because of Vinny, Yazz, and Maryland, my birthday was one to remember. Their exceptional service, combined with the fun atmosphere at Bowl 360, made for an unforgettable celebration. I highly recommend Bowl 360 and can’t wait to return! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"
